Title: Services Project Coordinator

Reports To: Director of Services

Location: North Sioux City, SD

Job Description: The Services Project Coordinator will work under a Project Manager(s) to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.  The Services Project Coordinator oversees small parts of the larger project and are primarily responsible for administrative tasks.  

Requirements:

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications.
  • He or she should have strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Able to communicate, coordinate, and work effectively with coworkers.
  • Organized, detailed and motivated worker.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
  • Very strong communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing projects and tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties, if required, in support of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and on budget.
  • Coordinate background checks for third-party (non-employee engineers).
  • Communicate project tasks to other services team members and supporting teams.
  • Assist in weekly status updates of current/upcoming projects.
  • Report, document, and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Identify training requirements of employees to enable them to carry out their roles effectively.
  • Measure portions of all projects to ensure success and to identify areas of improvement for future efforts.
  • Coordinating with management and departments, and ensuring projects are completed and measured for success.

Required Education/Experience: The Project Coordinator should have a strong track record in project management or related role. A high school diploma or equivalent is required and post-secondary education in business or a related field is preferred.
