Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review Service Order Forms for incoming orders to ensure smooth processing Review questionnaires submitted by customers to ensure Steri-Tek team has all information needed for a successful project Keep track of in-house projects and provide communication to customers on any delays Monitor general inbox for customer inquiries and forward to correct personnel to ensure proper follow up Provide customer quotes when requested Follow the Customer Success Managers lead in customer relations, this includes but not limited to: Customer onboarding Customer education Enhancing the customer experience Maintain clean and organized work areas. Once all primary tasks are complete, assist other employees and departments as needed. Complete compliance training/continuing education requirements by the noted deadlines. Complete and ensure proper execution of appropriate Steri-Tek Standard Operating Procedures. Assist in the training of other employees under the direction of the Management team or authorized delegate. Summary Aid in customer success by providing clear, concise, and correct communication. This person will be in office, hands on with the other departments to update customer requests, answer questions, and provide updates while product is on site. This position will also help with NetSuite questions and walk them through the customer portal. Will work cross-functionally and directly with the Customer Success Manager to ensure customers are getting the service promised. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Continually sitting, use of hands, and reaching Frequently standing and walking, Occasionally stooping, crouching or crawling, climbing and balancing, Occasionally lifting moderate weight (25-50) lbs.
