Your Mission: Drive Revenue. Capture Market Share. Lead the Team.

As Director of Sales & Marketing, you will serve as the quarterback of the hotel’s revenue growth—developing strategy, leading the sales team, and executing the StepStone Playbook to deliver superior financial results.

What Winning Looks Like:

Drive New Business 

• Proactively pursue new accounts through outside sales calls, networking, site tours, and strategic outreach
• Identify and convert high-value opportunities in corporate, group, and transient segments
• Expand the hotel’s presence across the Peachtree Corners and greater Atlanta market

Lead and Inspire the Sales Team  

• Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Set clear goals, create accountability, and celebrate successes
• Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and results

Own the Commercial Strategy

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with revenue goals
• Partner closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and maximize profitability
• Drive brand presence through Marriott platforms, digital marketing, and local partnerships

Strengthen Client Relationships

• Build long-term partnerships with corporate clients, meeting planners, and community leaders
• Serve as a visible ambassador for the hotel in the local business community

Deliver Results That Matter

• Communicate performance, forecasts, and action plans with ownership and leadership
• Maintain strong sales discipline through CRM systems and reporting tools
• Execute with urgency, precision, and strategic focus
