</div><div>We are seeking a <strong>Behavioral Therapist </strong>to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. <br><br>
</div><div><strong>Responsibilities </strong></div><ul>
<li>Perform intakes and assessments</li>
<li>Create individualized treatment plans for each client</li>
<li>Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments</li>
<li>Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan</li>
<li>Perform regular wellness checks</li>
<li>Adhere to all facility and licensing standards</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Previous experience as a behavioral therapist or working with kids preferred</li>
<li>Available 25+ hours weekly</li>
<li>CPR certified</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Highly organized</li>
</ul>
