Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Northbank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing located at 5125 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32208 and Lakeside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing located at 13956 Lakeside Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32210.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within either of these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

What You’ll Do

Support PT-led treatment plans to improve mobility and functional outcomes
Complete 13-week assignments at skilled nursing facilities across Florida
Bring your energy and skill to facilities that need immediate support
Collaborate closely with PTs, residents, and care teams

What We’re Looking For

Accredited PTA program completion
Active Florida PTA license or eligibility
Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork
Passion for resident-centered rehabilitative care
