Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Stenographer located in Noida /sec 63 The Stenographer will be responsible for transcribing and recording spoken or dictated information into written form, preparing and maintaining documents, and managing correspondence. The role includes editing and ensuring the accuracy of documents, as well as organizing files and other administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the organization. Attention to detail and timely completion of assignments will be essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in stenography and shorthand writing
• Strong typing skills with excellent speed and accuracy
• Proficiency in document preparation, editing, and transcription
• Proficiency in office-based tools, such as MS Office
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Prior experience as a stenographer or in a similar role is preferred
• A diploma or certification in stenography or a similar field is highly advantageous
