Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated STEM Trainer for a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi/Mumbai/Uttar Pradesh/Chennai. The STEM Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging training programs related to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics to diverse learner groups. Key responsibilities include designing course materials, conducting interactive sessions, assessing participants' performance, providing constructive feedback, and staying updated with STEM advancements. The role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure quality in content delivery and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in STEM-related fields and hands-on experience in teaching or training
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in developing training content and designing learning resources
- Ability to assess learning progress, identify skill gaps, and implement improvement plans
- Comfortable working on-site and collaborating with teams at the Mumbai location
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field, Education, or a related discipline
- Experience with EdTech tools and familiarity with educational technology trends
- Prior experience in corporate or academic training environments is a plus
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability to meet evolving training needs
