Job Description – STEM Trainer
Position: STEM Trainer
Locations: Delhi NCR, Gwalior, Gurugram
Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
Industry Preference: Education / EdTech / STEM Background Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging STEM, Robotics, Coding and Innovation sessions for students in schools/labs.
- Deliver hands-on training on robotics kits, electronics, science experiments, coding, and maker activities.
- Support students in building projects, models, and prototypes through experiential learning.
- Facilitate activities related to robotics, basic coding, electronics, AI/IoT fundamentals, and innovation challenges.
- Mentor students for competitions, exhibitions, and project-based learning activities.
- Manage STEM lab setup, equipment handling, and maintenance of learning resources.
- Coordinate with schools and teachers for smooth program implementation.
- Provide regular feedback, student progress reports, and activity documentation.
- Support curriculum delivery, activity planning, and reporting tasks.
- Promote inquiry-based and hands-on learning approaches in classrooms and labs.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- B.Tech / M.Sc / B.Sc / Diploma (Electronics, CS, IT, Science or related field)
- Freshers to 2 years’ experience can apply.
- Candidates from Education / EdTech / STEM training background preferred.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Fluency in English and good communication skills are mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of robotics, Arduino, sensors, coding, science experiments or STEM tools.
- Experience in STEM labs, ATL labs, school training, or experiential learning programs preferred.
- Good presentation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage students through activity-based learning.
- Willingness to travel to schools for training sessions, if required.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Passionate about teaching, innovation and experiential learning.
- Creative, energetic and student-friendly approach.
- Ability to handle training along with documentation and reporting.
