Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore for a STEM Trainer. The STEM Trainer will design and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics for students and educators.
Responsibilities include creating comprehensive lesson plans, hands-on activities, and assessments to ensure effective learning. The trainer will also be tasked with mentoring participants, providing constructive feedback, and staying updated with the latest STEM education trends and tools.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of STEM subjects including Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics
- Experience with instructional design, lesson planning, and hands-on activity development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and engage learners across various age groups with effective teaching methodologies
- Knowledge of educational technologies and tools for enhancing STEM learning
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address challenges in training delivery
- Preferred qualifications include experience in training educators, familiarity with curriculum standards, and a degree in Education, STEM disciplines, or a related field
