Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a STEM Trainer, you will develop and deliver engaging STEM-based workshops and training programs for students. Collaborating with educators and team members, you will design curriculum materials, conduct interactive sessions, and foster enthusiasm for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness, you will contribute to enriching learning experiences aligned with 21st-century skills.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in STEM disciplines, including science, technology, mathematics, and engineering.
- Experience in curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and instructional strategies.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse learners and educators.
- Ability to adapt to hybrid work models and manage both in-person and remote training sessions.
- Knowledge of educational technology tools and applications is an advantage.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, or educational content development is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, Education, or relevant discipline is required; a Master’s degree or certifications in STEM education is a plus.
