Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Lead – Coding and Robotics who will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, monitoring, and enhancement of our STEM programs across partner schools. The role involves teacher training, academic audits, stakeholder coordination, and supporting program growth initiatives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Conduct teacher performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to maintain high teaching standards.
2. Review and verify Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) to ensure accuracy and consistency in program delivery.
3. Plan and execute teacher training sessions and provide continuous academic support.
4. Manage teacher substitutions to ensure uninterrupted classroom delivery.
5. Conduct program orientations and engagement sessions in partner schools.
6. Deliver in-person training sessions for school faculty to ensure smooth implementation of the curriculum.
7. Design and implement AI-based activities and student projects.
8. Lead and coordinate robotics exhibitions, competitions, and STEM events.
9. Ensure effective utilization of robotics kits and learning modules.
10. Conduct demo lectures and trial sessions for prospective schools.
11. Support sales initiatives by presenting product briefings during PTA meetings.
12. Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and outreach activities.
13. Act as a Program Lead, managing school relationships and ensuring seamless execution.
14. Undertake regular school visits for academic audits, quality checks, and program monitoring.
Preferred Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Robotics, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Prior experience in teaching, STEM training, or program management is mandatory.
3. Strong understanding of electronics, sensors, microcontrollers, and programming concepts.
4. Experience in curriculum development for coding/robotics programs is an added advantage.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Willingness to travel extensively for school visits and audits.
