Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a STEM Teacher & Content Developer in Mumbai. The role involves preparing and delivering engaging STEM-focused lessons, creating educational content and curricula, and providing training for students and educational professionals. The individual will ensure lesson plans are innovative, effective, and aligned with industry standards, fostering a passion for Robotics, Coding, and AI.

Key Responsibilities
#Educator - Teach Robotics (LIVE) to children 5-18 yrs age.
#Content - Write educational content for book, worksheets, & manuals.
#Manager - Setup batches, lead management, administering the batches.
Location: Matunga, Mumbai (work from office)
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Experience: 1-3 yrs experience, prior teaching experience will be preferred.
CTC (in hand): As per experience, 3L+
Education: Graduate in Science, Engineering or equivalent STEM field
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
- Strong skills in Education and Teaching methodologies
- Excellent Communication and Training abilities
- Experience in STEM fields and hands-on technical knowledge is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
