Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated STEM Robotics Trainer to lead our educational outreach in Gwalior. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our project-based learning initiatives, delivering high-quality STEM curriculum and hands-on robotics workshops across our partner schools. You will mentor students, guide them in developing technical projects for expos, and work closely with school administrations to ensure seamless program execution.
Key Responsibilities
Instruction & Mentorship:
Deliver engaging STEM sessions and hands-on robotics workshops in partner schools.
Lead, mentor, and inspire students to explore technology, coding, and hardware.
Guide student teams in conceptualizing, building, and presenting innovative projects for regional expos and science events.
Program Coordination:
Coordinate directly with school leadership and educational institutions for the smooth implementation of STEM programs.
Support the continuous delivery and enhancement of our STEM curriculum and project-based learning activities.
Quality Assurance & Team Development:
Conduct training sessions and actively support the professional development of the instructional team.
Monitor team performance to ensure the highest standards of STEM program delivery.
Conduct regular school visits to observe live sessions, evaluate engagement, and collect actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
