Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Delhi Area for a STEM & PBL Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering interactive STEM and PBL workshops for students and educators. Daily tasks will include curriculum development, conducting hands-on learning sessions, fostering creativity and critical thinking among learners, and providing mentorship. The role also involves evaluating workshop outcomes, contributing to content creation, and collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve training strategies and materials.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of STEM concepts and hands-on experience in Project-Based Learning methodologies
- Background in teaching, training, or conducting workshops in educational or professional settings
- Proficiency in designing innovative learning materials and facilitating interactive learning sessions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to connect with diverse groups of learners and inspire them to explore new concepts
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on fostering creativity and critical thinking
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, STEM, or related areas
- Experience in curriculum development and basic knowledge of emerging technologies is a plus
