• About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking STEM Innovation Officer to lead and implement cutting-edge STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of education, technology, and creativity, and is committed to inspiring the next generation of innovators.
•Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement innovative STEM curricula and hands-on learning programs
Lead robotics, coding, AI, IoT, and engineering-based projects for students
Train and mentor students and educators in modern STEM tools and technologies
Manage STEM labs, equipment, and project-based learning environments
Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into learning modules
Organize workshops, competitions, hackathons, and exhibitions
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance STEM initiatives
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and student outcomes
• Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or related field
Strong knowledge of STEM tools (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, sensors, IoT, etc.)
Experience in robotics, programming (Python/C++), or embedded systems
Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring students (preferred)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Creative problem-solving and innovation mindset
•Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI/ML, 3D printing, or automation projects
Familiarity with STEM education frameworks or international curricula
Experience in organizing STEM events or competitions
Passion for education and working with young learners
