Location: Chandigarh | Experience: 1-3 Years

Full-time

Part-time - min 6 months internships available too (For Freshers)

Are you passionate about Robotics, Coding, and AI? Do you love working with children and bringing technology alive for young minds? Join TheWorkshop, a STEM-accredited program working with top schools, to deliver exciting, hands-on tech learning for students aged 8-16 years!

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging Robotics, Programming, and AI sessions for school children.
• Develop age-appropriate, interactive projects using Robotics kits, Scratch, Python, and AI tools.
• Assist in designing interdisciplinary, hands-on tech activities and challenges.
• Support STEM events, coding clubs, and robotics competitions in schools.
• Ensure safety, curiosity, and creativity in every session.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Engineering (STEM) — mandatory.
• Freshers or candidates completing the above degree are welcome.

Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Robotics kits / STEM tools (LEGO, Arduino, EV3, MicroBit etc.) — even in college projects or workshops.
• Expert Programming skills in Scratch / Python / Block-based coding.
• Excellent communication skills — able to explain tech concepts simply to children.
• Passion for education, tech innovation, and working with kids.
• Basic proficiency in tools like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Bonus: Experience in coding clubs, hackathons, tech fests, or robotics competitions.
