About the Role
We are not looking for traditional teachers. We are looking for mentors who can inspire, build, and create.
ChildrenWhoCode is building a curated network of online instructors and mentors to deliver high-quality tech education to school students (Grades 1–-2).
We focus on project-based, real-world learning, helping students become creators - not just consumers of technology.
We are looking for passionate educators and domain experts who can teach in an engaging, structured, and impactful way.
This is a remote, freelance opportunity with flexible teaching hours and long-term collaboration potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online classes (1:1 / group sessions)
- Teach through hands-on projects and real-world applications
- Design assignments, mini-projects, and challenges
- Mentor students during programs and workshops
- Simplify complex concepts for school students
- Ensure an engaging and structured learning experience
Who Should Apply
- Educators with experience in teaching coding/STEM to kids
- College faculty or trainers in relevant domains
- Industry professionals interested in part-time teaching
- Freelancers with strong technical and communication skills
Requirements
- Strong expertise in at least one domain
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging way
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Prior teaching experience preferred
- Comfortable with online teaching tools (Zoom, Meet, etc.)
- Ability to conduct an engaging demo session as part of the selection process
