We're Hiring: STEM & Robotics Educator - Open for Freshers and Recent Graduates
Full-time | On-site in Bengaluru
CTC: ₹2.5 – ₹3.5 LPA

Since 2011, we've been inspiring young minds through Annual Programs, Boot Camps, Innovation Labs, and real-world Industrial Projects. We also design and build advanced tech like special-purpose machines, sensor systems, and data acquisition platforms.
Role Overview
We're looking for a full-time STEM & Robotics Educator who can bring energy and creativity into classrooms. You will develop lesson plans, lead hands-on robotics sessions, and work closely with schools to deliver our STEM programs effectively. We are specifically looking for somebody who has little experience with STEM Education Programs but eager to learn and teach. If you are highly experienced and looking for senior roles please refrain from applying.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver robotics and STEM lesson plans
- Conduct interactive, hands-on workshops and boot camps
- Facilitate student learning using practical kits and projects
- Collaborate with schools to implement programs
- Continuously update and improve the curriculum
What We’re Looking For
- Freshers with strong inclination towards teaching or training (STEM/technology preferred)
- Good communication and classroom engagement skills
- Ability to plan lessons and develop curriculum
- Passion for working with students and making STEM fun
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with robotics kits or STEM tools is a plus
Bonus Skills
- Familiarity with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Coding platforms, 3D Modelling Software, 3D Printing, Hardware Tools, Electronics and Sensors
- Experience with project-based learning or innovation labs
- Multiple language skills (helpful for outreach programs)
