Resident Engineer

The Resident Engineer will play a key role in supporting Powertrain Systems and Components development and validation activities at the Kokomo Transmission Plant. The Resident Engineer will be responsible for interfacing with the product development team to represent plant operations and manufacturing requirements, participating in the DFAC/DFMEA/PFMEA processes, and collaborating with the product validation team to ensure manufacturing processes and tooling are optimized for production.
