Location: Remote (occasional travel to FDA offices in the Washington, D.C. area)

SteerBridge Strategies is seeking a Junior Analyst (JA) to support data-driven healthcare initiatives for federal clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that impacts national health systems and drug review processes.

Candidates must have experience in the healthcare industry and be familiar with DASH or similar databases.

What You’ll Do:

• Standardize, clean, and analyze healthcare-related data
• Use Excel and/or database software to manage and interpret large datasets
• Create reports and support both internal and client-facing data initiatives
• Support teams involved with the FDA drug review process or other federal health data projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)
• 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis
• Healthcare industry experience is required
• Experience with DASH or a similar database is required
• Proficiency in Excel and/or database tools
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with the FDA or on drug review-related projects
• Background in life sciences or statistics

This is a remote position with occasional travel to the FDA’s offices in the Washington, D.C. area.
