Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Nasik for a Steel Modeler. The Steel Modeler will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed 3D models of steel structures, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Tasks will include interpreting technical drawings, coordinating with project teams, and delivering precise structural details to support fabrication and erection processes. The ideal candidate will contribute to efficient and effective workflows in various steel projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in steel modeling software such as SDS/2, AutoCAD, or similar tools
- Understanding of steel detailing practices, including American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) standards
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and construction documents
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail in delivering precise steel models
- Strong teamwork and communication skills for coordinating with project teams and stakeholders
- Time management and organization skills to meet project deadlines
- Prior experience in steel detailing or structural modeling is preferred
- Relevant educational background in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related fields
