Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Steel Detailer, based in Vadodara, India, with the flexibility for partial remote work. The Steel Detailer will be responsible for preparing accurate shop drawings and steel detailing for structural projects. Other responsibilities include creating architectural and rebar detailing, ensuring designs meet industry standards, collaborating with design and engineering teams, and addressing any changes or revisions as required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in generating Shop Drawings and Steel Detailing
- Proficiency in generating G A Drawings of PEB shed
- Experience in Rebar detailing and Steel Structures
- Familiarity with Architectural Drawings and their application to steel projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software like AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience in the construction or structural fabrication industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
