Job Highlights: -Day 1 HMO for you and two (2) of your dependents. -Annual and Performance Based Salary Increase -Additional Leave Credits Duties & Responsibilities: * Consistently demonstrate behaviors emulating Stealth values. * Source candidates, review resume, and administer assessments. * Conducts initial/ preliminary interviews of candidates for vacant positions, majority of which are for Operations Department. * Coordinates with Operations (or other departments concerned) for further interviews and final decision on hiring of qualified candidates. * Prepares job offer letters and ensures completion of primary pre-employment requirements. * Maintains and updates recruitment tracker/ database. * Undertake administrative duties (e.g. maintenance and updating of 201 folder) * Undertakes task(s) that may be assigned from time to time by the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Country Head. Qualifications: * Graduate of any 4-year course * Minimum of 1 year experience doing end- to- end recruitment/ volume hiring * BPO/Shared Service/Agency recruitment experience is an advantage * Good working knowledge of MS office software * Highly detail-oriented to ensure that all work performed is of the highest quality and meets all internal and external policy and procedural requirements * Excellent communication (oral and written) skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities * Strong time management and organizational skills * Strong interpersonal skills, self-confidence, leadership capabilities * The ability to communicate in a clear, simple, constructive and effective fashion * A strong customer-oriented approach * Good decision making and problem-solving skills in a changing environment *At Stealth Monitoring, we invite you to make a difference.
