In addition to strong analytical and communication skills, to succeed in this role the candidate must have a positive attitude, an eagerness to learn, and an exceptional work ethic Job Highlights: - Day 1 HMO for you and two (2) of your dependents. - Annual and Performance Based Salary Increase - Additional Leave Credits Duties & Responsibilities: * Contribute to delivery of feature and function requests through the Agile Software Delivery methodology * Work closely with the senior business leaders to manage requirements through initial gathering & analysis, delivery and user acceptance * Work closely with senior software and IT leaders to understand capabilities to make informed recommendations to the business * Clarify requirements and provide feedback to development and QA throughout delivery Qualifications: * Has 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst. * Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, Physics or equivalent. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Practical work experience, apprenticeship, co-op work activities are a plus * Experience with requirements modelling tools, ticketing systems, Agile Product Ownership, business process modelling/notation, mockup technologies, etc. are a plus Core Competencies: * Software development lifecycle fundamentals * Software requirements management fundamentals (gathering, analysis, negotiation, dependencies/conflicts, feasibility, risk, priority, formal specification, change management, etc.) * Excellent communication skills: strong English is required *At Stealth Monitoring, we invite you to make a difference.
