Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Hiring Requirements: We're looking for a candidate deeply immersed in the latest AI solutions, tools, resources, and methodologies. Experience requirements include: - Building AI agents and complex workflows. - Implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. - Multi-agent orchestration and AI pipelines. - Hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks and tools such as LangFlow, MetaGPT, Dify, AnythingLLM, Crew AI, etc. What we're looking for: 1. Agent-Based Systems: - Autonomous execution of complex tasks. - Integration capabilities with external tools and APIs. - Ability to handle multiple-step tasks and workflows intelligently. 2. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Memory: - Implement RAG to enable our AI systems to retain context and provide more accurate, contextually relevant responses. - Develop systems for memory retention to improve long-term interactions and personalized responses. 3. Rapid Evaluation and Fine-Tuning: - Establish frameworks and processes for efficiently evaluating AI performance. - Implement rapid fine-tuning processes to continuously enhance accuracy and reliability.
