Ltd. - Hiring from Batch 2026 - Interns To be converted to Full Time Role Based on Performance during 06 months Internships from Sep 2025 to February 2026 This opportunity begins with an internship starting from September 2025 till February 2026, offering a stipend of INR 25,000 per month. Date of joining as an intern: Immediately Mode of Section Process: Hybrid This will transition to a full-time position based on performance during the Internship and the then prevailing market conditions with a salary package of INR 5 Lakhs. Eligible students who are pursuing the regular semester may apply for this opportunity, provided they attend their classes between 8 AM and 10 AM and reach the company's office in Sector 16, Noida (Nearest Metro Station Sector 16) at 11 AM. The Requirement: 1. We are looking for INTERNS who can undergo 6 months internship courses at any our office locations including at Corporate Office, Noida. 2. Batch will start at our Noida Corporate office immediately after selection with a 3-week power plant familiarization training program (If required) followed by assigning various projects across various Divisions / locations of our Company. 3. During the internship period of 6 months, Intern will be paid all-inclusive Stipend amount of Rs. 25,000 /- per month. Intern will need to arrange for his / her own accommodation, transportation and food. Our Admin team will support to arrange for accommodations and wherever Company will arrange accommodation at our site locations, subsidized rates will be charged from stipend. 4. Upon completion of the internship and based on the performance of their work / project & evaluation during this period, STEAG will give the placement offer for the shortlisted candidates with a compensation package of Rs. 5 Lakhs per annum in the position of Engineer. The offers will be given post their completion of graduation courses and submission of Degree certificates. What we are looking at: 1. Ability to build data-driven solutions that align with our business goals 2. Experience in data collection, cleaning, and pre-processing 3. Conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and relationships 4. Web-based application development using C#/Java, ASP.NET, and SQL databases 5. Proficiency in Python and R for data manipulation and modelling, along with familiarity with data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn 6. Solid understanding of SQL for data querying and manipulation 7. Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts and algorithms 8. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI 9. Candidate should have secured at least 70% marks in 10th Std and 12th Std and 65% in Engineering Degree
