Mandatory Skills

• Way4 (OpenWay) – Credit Cards Issuing experience
• Strong understanding of Credit Card business rules
• ISO 8583 / EMV knowledge
• Card schemes processing knowledge
• SQL / database queries for validation
• Payment testing or implementation experience
  
  

Good to Have

• Experience in Tokenization / 3DS / Contactless
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance (PCI DSS, RBI guidelines)
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Experience with UPI / Digital payments is a plus
