Responsibilities

- Good Exposure in distribution management.

- Planning and executing market communication and promotional activities.
- Responsible for managing distributor sale for assigned territory.
Qualifications
Technical Skills Required : -
- Candidate shall be passionate, self -driven and team player.
- Adaptability-Create/ share/ adapt good practices, open to feedback, dealing with complexity & ambiguity.
- Assertiveness
- Collaborative and Result Oriented.
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
Experience Required : -
- 8 years of experience in distribution / Channel sales.
- Experience in similar industry.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Willingness to travel and work with diverse team of professionals.
- Age minimum 30 years.
