Real Estate Assistant position

Stay Today Inc. is a Property Management & Investment Company based in Miami, specializing in short-term luxury rentals designed to maximize returns for our clients. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Real Estate Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our growing team. This remote position supports our operations through a variety of administrative, research, and communication tasks related to property listings, owner relations, and guest support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills and a passion for real estate and customer service. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Taking incoming calls from potential clients for property rental or purchase (high net worth individuals) Making cold calls (limited in scope) to potential interested clients Working with MLS (Multiple Listing System) to locate and validate potential properties for investment Assisting with property onboarding and listing management across platforms Communicating with property owners and vendors in both English and Spanish Conducting market research and compiling reports Supporting documentation, scheduling, and data entry tasks Coordinating maintenance or repairs with contractors and service providers Helping to manage calendars, tasks, and follow-ups for the management team Requirements: Prior experience in real estate, property management, or administrative support Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using digital tools, spreadsheets, and email platforms Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely Positive, team-oriented attitude
