<div><strong>Job Description</strong></div><div>Are you looking for a steady part-time evening cleaning job in West Bloomfield?</div><div>
<br><strong>Schedule</strong>
</div><div>Days: Mon - Fri<br>Start time: 5:30pm<br>Weekly hours: 15-20 (per person)</div><div>Two available positions:</div><ul>
<li>1 floorcare tech (sweeping, mopping, floor scrubber)</li>
<li>1 On-site supervisor: (assist with general cleaning; daily quality control)</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Pay:</strong> <br>Floorcare Tech: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour (DOE)<br>On-site Supervisor: $17.00<br>bi-weekly with direct deposit option<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong>
</div><div>-<strong>On-Site Supervisor</strong>: general cleaning and daily quality control <br>-<strong>Floorcare tech</strong>: sweeping, mopping, using floor scrubber machine</div><ul>
<li>Stock and maintain supply room</li>
<li>Ability to work with others efficiently</li>
<li>Follow all health and safety regulations</li>
</ul><div><strong>Skills</strong></div><ul>
<li>Proven working experience as a janitor (1-3 years)</li>
<li>Ability to operate a floor scrubber (will train) </li>
<li>Integrity and ability to work independently</li>
<li>Trainable and good communicator</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements</strong></div><ul>
<li>Valid driver’s license</li>
<li>Reliable mode of transportation (personal vehicle, public transit) -No Uber, Lyft, etc.</li>
<li>Pass Background Check</li>
