We are hiring for the position of HR Statutory Compliance Executive at OPPO Skynet Electronic Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru.
We are looking for candidates with strong practical experience in PF, ESI, statutory compliance, labour law compliance, payroll compliance, statutory filings, and case handling. The candidate must have hands-on experience in creating, managing, updating, and resolving PF/ESI-related matters.
This role requires someone who can handle real compliance situations, not only basic HR documentation. The candidate should be comfortable coordinating with PF offices, ESI offices, labour offices, and government authorities whenever required.
Candidates with experience handling PF/ESI claim issues, UAN/KYC corrections, employee accident cases, medical benefit cases, death claim cases, inspections, audits, or labour-office matters will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESI, labour laws, and HR compliance.
- Manage EPF, ESI, gratuity, labour welfare fund, and payroll-related compliance.
- Handle PF/ESI employee creation, registration, updates, corrections, and monthly compliance work.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns within the required timelines.
- Maintain accurate compliance records, employee documents, registers, and audit files.
- Handle PF/ESI cases such as claim settlement, UAN/KYC correction, nominee update, medical benefit, accident case, and death claim case, where applicable.
- Coordinate with the PF office, ESI office, labour office, and other government authorities when required.
- Support inspections, audits, compliance checks, and government liaison work.
- Generate reports and perform compliance data analysis using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams for compliance-related matters.
- Stay updated on labour law requirements and ensure company compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate degree required.
- Around 1-2 years of experience in statutory compliance preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in PF and ESI compliance is mandatory.
- Practical knowledge of EPF, ESI, gratuity, labour welfare fund, statutory returns, and payroll compliance.
- Experience visiting or coordinating with the PF office, ESI office, labour office, or government authorities is required.
- Case-handling experience related to PF/ESI claims, employee accident cases, death claims, inspections, or compliance disputes will be preferred.
- Strong MS Excel knowledge required.
- Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English is required/preferred for employee and government office coordination.
- Good documentation, follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive employee matters responsibly.
