What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of 6-7 professionals
- Perform audit procedures and review complex financial statement sections
- Act as key liaison with onshore teams and clients
- Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to team members
- Ensure quality standards, SLA compliance, and risk management
What You Bring:
✅ Chartered Accountant (ICAI / ACCA)
✅ 1+ year Big 4 experience in client-facing role
✅ Must have: Asset Management / Financial Services sector experience
Qualifications Educational qualifications Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g. ICAI or ACCA) from recognized accounting body Additional certifications (if any)Minimum qualification required Work experience 1+ year experience with a Big 4 in a client facing environment working with corporate and/or international clients. Experience in the Financial Services - Asset Management Sector is a must. Location Gurgaon
