Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Statistics Tutor. The Statistics Tutor will conduct interactive and engaging online tutoring sessions, assist students with understanding statistical concepts, support test preparation, and provide academic guidance. Responsibilities also include preparing customized lesson plans, monitoring student progress, and maintaining effective communication with both students and their guardians to ensure successful learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Statistics and a strong foundation in Mathematics
- Proven experience in Online Tutoring and knowledge of virtual teaching tools
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for building rapport with students and parents
- Ability to tailor lessons to individual student learning styles and provide constructive feedback
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Education, or a related field
- Prior experience in online education platforms or K-12 tutoring is a plus
