Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Clinical Data Management Specialist to join our team on-site at our Chennai office. The role involves managing and overseeing clinical trial data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout the study lifecycle. Key responsibilities include setting up and validating databases, creating data management plans, performing data cleaning activities, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Clinical Data Management Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to the design, testing, and implementation of data capture tools and processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Clinical Data Management, including database setup, validation, and data cleaning
- Expertise in regulatory requirements and guidelines for clinical trials
- Familiarity with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and associated tools
- Experience in Biostatistics and Statistical Programming is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and meet strict deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field
- Certification or training in clinical data management and project management is advantageous
