Role Description This full-time, on-site Statistical Data Analyst (Recent Graduate) role is based in Noida. The Statistical Data Analyst will support real estate reporting and analytics by cleaning and organizing data, conducting statistical analysis, and building models to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency. Daily tasks include preparing datasets, creating dashboards or reports, documenting analytical processes, and collaborating with senior team members on client projects. The role involves translating data findings into clear insights for internal and external stakeholders, assisting in automation of reporting workflows, and contributing to ongoing improvements in data management and analytical methods.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics, including descriptive and inferential methods relevant to business and real estate analysis.
- Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to design, implement, and refine data structures that support reliable reporting and forecasting.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly, collaborate with team members, and document methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, Python/R, or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to learn quickly, work with detailed documentation, and manage multiple tasks in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
- Interest in real estate, proptech, or financial analytics and willingness to grow in a consulting and execution-focused setting.
