Your Job - Design and maintain comprehensive marketing performance dashboards, with a focus on engagement, segmentation and operational KPIs to evaluate strategic effectiveness across digital channels. - Lead the implementation, governance, and enablement of marketing analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel), and deliver actionable insights for marketing analytics platforms into CDP enrichment and audience segmentation to enable personalized target and improved campaign ROI. - Conduct deep-dive analyses into user acquisition, retention, funnel behavior, identifying actionable insights and optimization opportunities, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders. - Own and optimize the OneTrust cookie consent and preference management platform, ensuring ongoing compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy regulations, while monitoring tracking cookie consent performance. - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing data quality, accessibility, and alignment across platforms and to establish tracking plans and data requirements. - Own marketing attribution modelling, customer journey analysis, budget spend modelling and engagement forecasting. - Maintain and evolve the marketing tech stack, ensuring optimizing and integration while serving as a SME on marketing analytics tools.
