Station Officer / Station Manager — Mahipalpur (On-site)

DGM India, part of the internationally trusted DGM Group, is strengthening its presence in Delhi. As experts in dangerous goods compliance, packaging, documentation, and DG training, we are building a new operational base and we’re looking for a capable professional to help lead it.

Location: Mahipalpur, Delhi

Employment: Full-Time

Salary: Starts at ₹35,000/month — negotiable based on experience & responsibilities finalized during the interview.


🔹 What You Will Own

This role is central to establishing and running our Delhi operations.

🔹 Primary Responsibilities — Training Coordination

  1. Coordinate DG training programs for Air, Ocean, and Warehouse operations.
  2. Manage training-related communication with clients and internal teams.
  3. Handle training documentation, certificates, attendance, and compliance records.
  4. Support trainers with materials, logistics, and session preparation.
  5. Maintain accurate training databases as per DGM global standards.

🔸 Secondary Responsibilities — DG Operations Support

  1. Assist with DG shipment coordination and client interactions.
  2. Review DG documentation, labels, MSDS/SDS, and packaging for basic compliance.
  3. Liaise with airlines, forwarders, transporters, and vendors when required.
  4. Support internal audits, inspections, and quality checks.
  5. Help in building and supporting the Delhi DG team as the station grows.


🔹 What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Chemistry, Engineering, Management, or related field.
  • Solid understanding of DG regulations (IATA DGR, IMDG, ADR) — mandatory.
  • 3–8 years’ experience in logistics coordination, DG operations, freight forwarding, or compliance.
  • Strong documentation accuracy, coordination ability, and client-handling skills.
