Physics Wallah (PW) is looking for a high-performing distribution professional to lead and scale our on-ground operations in Telangana.
💼 Designation: Associate Manager
💰 CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA + Performance Incentives
📍 Location: Hyderabad
📅 Joining: Within 30 Days
🔍 Role Overview
This role requires someone who can build, manage, and drive a high-performing field sales team, while expanding channel partnerships and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
• Strong experience in Distribution / Channel Sales
• Background in Telecom / Fintech / EdTech / Stationery / Publication
• Proven ability in team handling & on-ground execution
• Target-driven with a strong ownership mindset
📌 Key Requirements
• Graduate (MBA preferred)
• Valid driving license & own vehicle
• Currently based in Hyderabad / Telangana
💼 Key Responsibilities
• Build & manage FSE teams across districts
• Drive monthly revenue targets
• Expand and strengthen partner network
• Conduct training & on-ground coaching
