Job Details:
Position: State Sales Executive
Location: State Level Field Operations & Remote Coordination
Job Type: Full-Time

Package: Performance-Based (Minimum ₹6 LPA – ₹7 LPA)
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and market the company's courses across the assigned state
Generate quality leads and convert them into confirmed admissions
Build relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations
Conduct field visits, seminars, presentations, and awareness campaigns
Guide students and parents regarding course benefits, career opportunities, and enrollment processes
Develop and manage referral networks and local partnerships
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams for admissions and enrollment processes
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Strong sales and business development mindset
Ability to travel within the assigned state
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Lead generation and conversion abilities
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion
