QUALIFICATIONS
The knowledge, skills and abilities for this position are typically acquired through a combination of education and experience equivalent to:
- Familiarity with program management
- Proficiency using Excel for tracking and reporting
- Ability to provide effective leadership, vision and direction
- Ability to provide clear communication and transparent processes to internal and external stakeholders
- Five years of experience within in the Montana Department of Corrections
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to behavioral health, social services, criminology, human services or other occupationally related fields.
- Supervisory and program management experience
Alternative combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
