QUALIFICATIONS
The knowledge, skills and abilities for this position are typically acquired through a combination of education and experience equivalent to:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, statistics, or related field.
Five years of directly related budgeting experience with at least two years in multi-program or department-wide budget analysis.
Preferred qualifications add state government executive budgeting experience and experience coordinating other budget staff.
Must have and maintain a Montana driver’s license in good standing.
Alternative combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
