<strong>Position Overview<br></strong><br>
</div><div>The Management Trainee will receive hands-on training in all aspects of store operations, team leadership, and financial oversight. Trainees will work directly with experienced managers and company leadership to develop the skills necessary to independently operate a location.<br><br>

<strong>30-Day Training Program<br></strong><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Week 1: Operational Foundations<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Introduction to company policies, procedures, and expectations </li>
<li> Training on point-of-sale systems and daily store operations </li>
<li> Customer service standards and workflow execution </li>
<li> Shadowing team members across multiple shifts </li>

<strong>Week 2: Cash Handling & Compliance<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Cash management, drawer reconciliation, and deposit procedures </li>
<li> Inventory processes and vendor coordination </li>
<li> Compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ID verification </li>
<li> Assisting with shift-level operational responsibilities </li>

<strong>Week 3: Leadership Development<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Supervising team members and supporting daily operations </li>
<li> Introduction to scheduling and labor management </li>
<li> Handling customer concerns and conflict resolution </li>
<li> Leading portions of shifts under supervision </li>

<strong>Week 4: Independent Operations<br></strong><br>

<li> Managing shift operations with minimal oversight </li>
<li> Completing end-of-day reporting and financial reconciliation </li>
<li> Demonstrating leadership, accountability, and operational efficiency </li>
<li> Final evaluation for placement into a management role </li>
