Role Objective:
To lead and scale state-level solar operations by ensuring on-time project delivery, strong cost control, client satisfaction, and operational excellence across multiple sites, while owning state-level P&L performance.

- Budget Adherence & Cost Optimization with clear P&L ownership

- Zero Major Safety or Compliance Violations
- Strong Regional Team Performance, with clear accountability and execution discipline
- Effective Vendor Management, ensuring quality, timelines, and commercial control
Core Responsibilities:
- Own complete state-level solar O&M project execution
- Drive execution strategy to ensure delivery within timelines and budget
- Lead client coordination and act as the single point of accountability
- Oversee vendor and subcontractor performance with measurable benchmarks
- Monitor site KPIs including cost, timelines, quality, safety, and productivity
- Identify execution risks early and implement corrective action plans
- Build and lead strong on-ground teams with performance ownership
- Report operational and financial performance to senior management
Experience & Capability Requirements:
- 12+ years of total experience, with at least 5+ years in solar project operations
- Proven track record of delivering multiple solar projects within cost and timeline
- Strong expertise in Solar O&M, and large-scale site management
- Experience managing large field teams across multiple locations
- Demonstrated ownership of budgets, cost controls, and P&L
- Strong negotiation skills with clients and vendors
- Ability to operate in high-pressure, fast-scaling environments
- Willingness to travel extensively and stay on-site when required
Education:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
Preference:
