Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for State Heads and Regional Managers based in Ludhiana. The role involves overseeing operations, managing teams, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the growth and development of the company's agrochemical product portfolio in designated regions. The role includes responsibility for driving revenue growth, monitoring market trends, building strong relationships with channel partners, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing support and training as required. Collaboration with the manufacturing and R&D teams to deliver innovative solutions is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales strategy formulation, market analysis, and achieving revenue goals for agricultural products
- Strong skills in team leadership, people management, and building relationships with channel partners
- Solid understanding of crop protection products, including herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of local agricultural markets, practices, and distribution networks in Northern India is preferred
- A bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a bonus
- Previous experience in the agrochemical industry or a similar domain is highly desirable
- Willingness to work on-site in Ludhiana with travel as needed
