Role Description
The State Head - Telangana is a full-time, on-site role located in Adilabad Telangana.. The candidate will oversee operations within the state, drive business growth, manage teams, and ensure the effective implementation of financial products for Small Business Loans and MicroBanking customers. Responsibilities also include forming strategic partnerships, expanding customer base, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining regulatory compliance across various branches in the region.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills to oversee state-level operations efficiently.
- Proven expertise in business development, financial planning, and strategic execution in Banking, NBFCs, or similar sectors.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to coordinate with stakeholders, manage partnerships, and expand the customer base.
- Ability to work with digital tools and platforms for customer acquisition, monitoring repayments, and overall operations in a phygital environment.
- In-depth understanding of MicroBanking and small business financial services, including relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with regional markets is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
