Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a State Head Sales Manager based in Baddi Himachal pradesh. The role involves overseeing sales operations within the region, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing and building relationships with business partners and agents, identifying new sales opportunities, creating and implementing efficient practices, and achieving targeted financial and service goals. Regular reporting on sales performance and market trends will also form a key component of the role, alongside the supervision and motivation of the regional sales team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development with an ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Demonstrated expertise in Relationship Building, Team Leadership, and Partner Management.
- Strong skills in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Revenue Growth.
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills.
- Familiarity with FinTech, Travel, and allied service industries is highly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Galore, lead teams, and drive regional sales performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field, with an advanced degree being a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the region to meet partners, customers, and stakeholders.
