About the Role
The State Head – SEPL will be responsible for scaling lending operations across the state by developing and executing strategies to expand products, channels, customer segments, and overall reach. The role demands a strong focus on cost efficiency and technology-driven solutions to meet customer banking needs. It involves building high-performing teams, robust systems, and a delivery-oriented culture. The role will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, and BIU to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction. The goal is to position IDFC First Bank as the primary banking partner for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the state-level cross sell loan business to drive revenue growth per customer.
- Strategically guide the distribution of cross-sell products to achieve volume targets.
- Monitor portfolio performance and quality, and provide actionable insights to Product and Sales teams for improvement.
- Work with the Business Analytics team to identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Drive key conversion efficiency metrics of cross sell business
- Resourcing and deployment of manpower for servicing the leads
- Implement operational and credit policy at sourcing stage of applications
Secondary Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach senior team members to foster a culture of customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity.
- Promote automation and digital enablement to deliver holistic customer solutions.
- Attract and retain top talent to support the bank’s rapid growth objectives.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduate (Full-Time) – Any discipline
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail banking, lending, or financial services.
