Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for the position of State Head at Vanaha Gin. The State Head will oversee sales operations, build and manage relationships with distributors and retailers, and develop strategies to meet sales targets. Key responsibilities include monitoring market trends, identifying growth opportunities, leading a regional sales team, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards. This leadership role also requires close collaboration with marketing, logistics, and procurement teams.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in sales, business development, and managing regional territories or teams.
- Relationship Management: Strong skills in client engagement, stakeholder management, and distributor/retailer relationships.
- Strategic Planning and Market Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing market trends and developing effective business strategies.
- Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the beverage industry or related sectors, with knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance.
- Communication and Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation capabilities.
- Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Additional Skills: Adaptability, problem-solving, time management, and willingness to relocate to Jaipur or already based in the region.
