Role Description
The State Head role at SolarYaan is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur taking care if Rajasthan . The State Head will oversee territory operations, leading teams, developing strategic initiatives, and driving the successful implementation of renewable energy projects. Responsibilities include managing regional sales and operations, building partnerships with stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and ensuring adherence to sustainability goals. The State Head will play a key role in achieving growth objectives and promoting SolarYaan's mission.
Qualifications
- Leadership skills, team management capabilities, and strategic planning experience
- Strong understanding of solar power products and solutions and familiarity with market trends
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, and building relationships with clients and partners
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team management .
- A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
