Role Description
Oriel Financial Solutions is seeking a State Head to oversee operations in Bihar for a full-time, on-site role. The State Head will be responsible for managing and driving the performance of the state-level team, implementing effective strategies to achieve organizational goals, driving sales growth, and building sustainable customer relationships. The individual will identify market opportunities, maintain compliance with financial regulations, and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to scale business operations within the state.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage performance, and drive organizational objectives.
- Sales and Business Development: Strong experience in sales, client acquisition, market analysis, and building business relationships.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Expertise in devising and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve business goals and optimize performance.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex situations.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively present information and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Knowledge in Financial Services: Familiarity with digital financial services such as remittance, KYC processes, and APS transactions is an advantage.
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required. An MBA is a plus.
- Work Environment and Technology: Proficiency in utilizing tools and technology for reporting, communication, and performance tracking.
